We search building-grounds, old buildings, exchange-operations (existant co-properties with space for extension) at the belgian coast for project development in own gestion or with our renownd partners.
The cooperation between P. Bonehill bvba and its partners has already lead to several realisations in Knokke-Heist. Realising and implementing exchange-projects requires a very specific knowledge and experience which we have since many years.
